Craving China!

I just realized that I have only 4 months before I go to Macau!  I am very excited.  I have been craving Chinese everything lately: food, culture, language, and people.  I love being immersed in the Chinese culture, and am looking forward so much to my mission/life in Macau!  The other day, I made a chinese-inspired stir-fry, and ate it with chopsticks.  One thing I don't know how to make, though, is sticky rice.  I really want to be able to do that, but I think I need a rice maker and a certain type of rice.  I'll try to figure that out some other time. :)
