| Me, Rebekah, and Rachel: college buddies :) |
So. I am currently in the Denver airport! My next flight is to Hong Kong, though there's a pitstop in San Francisco. I am super excited to do this. I met with Sharon (my supervisor) and her children, and we're going together from here on out!

I was so blessed to have a couple college friends visit me on Monday. It was so good to see them before I left! I also was blessed to spend most of the day yesterday with friends. It didn't go as I had planned, as I wanted to take a nap and then stay up all night to try to begin the adjustment to China time, but I think it turned out better, because I was able to spend valuable time with some friends!!!

| My parents and me at the airport |
Last night my mom was so wonderful and helped me pack my bags. She stayed up until 2:30 with me packing and woke up at 4 with me to take me to the airport. I had some other wonderful friends, Susie and Connie, meet me at the airport to pray me off! I know that so many of you are praying for me, and I am so blessed to have God watching out for me! What a neat feeling. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts!

To be honest, I am in pain. (physical). I have chronic back pain due to an injury, and I am not doing too well while travelling here. I took some pain medication, and it numbed it a little bit, but I am just not sure...I wish it would go away. So if you could pray for the pain to go away, that would be awesome. I am not sure how the 14 hour flight will affect my back, but we will see. I just hope that I am able to sleep most of it away!
I am trying to think if I have any other updates or thoughts to share with you, but I think that that is all for now.
